30-day refund
If bgremove doesn't work for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@oceaninnov.com with your Gumroad order number. We typically process refunds within 1-2 business days through Gumroad. Once refunded, your license key will be deactivated.
Beyond 30 days
After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. If bgremove stops working due to a macOS update or our defect, contact us — we'll either fix it or refund you.
