License grant
One bgremove license entitles you to install and use the app on up to 2 Macs that you own or control. Lifetime access to updates. Personal or commercial use both permitted.
What you can't do
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
- Reverse-engineer the bundled AI models for separate use.
- Share your license key publicly.
No warranty
bgremove is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the app will produce perfect cutouts on every image — AI model output quality varies by image. We test on common product categories but cannot guarantee fitness for any specific use case.
Limitation of liability
OceanInnov is not liable for any damages arising from your use of bgremove, including loss of data or business. Maximum liability is capped at the price you paid for the license.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
